Web Developer/ Database Administrator
Virticle is seeking an experienced Web Developer/Database Administrator to join the team and help build and maintain IT an application footprint. This is a full-time position based in our main office in Auburn.
Responsibilities:
- Create web applications using primarily PHP/Perl and/or other open source platforms.
- Administer and maintain a MySQL database backend behind these applications.
- Implement Web interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build report interfaces and data feeds.
Requirements:
- Strong Knowledge of PHP and Perl (at least 3+ years).
- Experience building PHP applications and frameworks.
- Experience with working with Apache/PHP.
- Strong Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- 3+ years experience with MySQL administration.
- BS Computer Science or related field.
